So everyone has been going 'green' lately as it relates to driving our cars. People are switching to hybrids, getting more fuel efficient cars, using public transit, and or moving closer to their work to reduce the commute.

For these noble sacrifices Americans may soon be rewarded with a $0.10 gas tax hike because our leaders have decided we're not driving enough anymore, and this is cutting into 'their' tax revenue.
